My name is Gnanashekar Balaji, and my passport number is C6212944. I am writing regarding my student visa application and the email I received, stating that the commencement date in my Offer Letter is backdated. The email mentioned that the Institute is required to submit a new offer letter with the updated commencement date or a deferment letter to resume the processing of my application.

However, my application status on the EMGS website is currently showing green (32%), which means no documents are required, and no remarks have been added. Could you kindly advise whether I need to submit the new offer letter with the updated date at this stage, or should I wait for further instructions from your team?

Additionally, I would like to request your assistance in expediting the processing of my visa application. The classes at INTI International University in Nilai, Malaysia, started on January 6, and I have already missed a month of classes due to the delay. I kindly ask if you could prioritize my application so I can join the classes as soon as possible.
