And if you need a SEV you will need to calculate another 10 working days after EVal is received. I just discovered that this morning. My lecture starts on 17 of February

They only asked for VAL and strictly asked me not to enter the country without my VAL
They didnt mention an SEV
Maybe depends from which country you’re applying? -
SEV needs to be obtained from the nearest malaysian embassy or high comission, as soon as you download your eval. Getting the sev through embassy directly requires 3 to 4 days max… but some countries require you to get the sev through agents and that takes a little longer plus additional fees too. 🙂

I don’t have an embassy in my country , and i was only instructed to obtain VAL so here goes my question after obtaining my VAL am i be to be required to get an SEV ?

So am i be to required to obtain an SEV after?

Hi Baha,
If the status bar is green it means that we are in the midst of processing the application. We will update the application status once the vetting of your documents has been completed.
Have a nice day.
