Dear EMGS Officers,
Thank you in advance for your help.
I want to ask you when my VAL will be issued. It is now 15% in progress.
Please make the process faster so that I can come to Malaysia as soon as possible.
I sent you an email with case number 1001497 containing my passport details.

  Hi Bachir,
  
  We received the additional documents on the 2nd of December. We will review the submission and upon approval, the processing of your application will proceed further. Kindly note that there is no specific time-frame required to complete the process from this stage.
  
  Once the vetting of the documents has been completed, the application will be submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Your email will be responded to within 1 working day.
