Dear EMGS Officers,

First of all, let me thank you for your help and I do appreciate it.
Second of all, I want to ask you about my VAL. I’ve been planning for my travel to Malaysia and suddenly I knew that EMGS has rejected my TOEFL.

My institution has accepted my TOEFL and I have got my eligibility letter months ago. In addition, I have made the required payment and I have got the Offer letter.
Actually, I do not understand how my university “My institution” has accepted my TOEFL and EMGS has not.
I choose Malaysia out of passion and I thought the VISA process will be much easier but it is more complicated than everyone thought.

So that, I will be very grateful if EMGS help me to proceed in my VAL and advice me what to do. I hope there is a solution for my case especially that I am a research student.
Please help me in this depressing issue. I cannot retake the TOEFL because there is no TOEFL tests in my Country due to the current circumstances. However, I will go throw any English examination when I arrive to Malaysia to prove my efficiency and competency even if I am required to retake the TOEFL in Malaysia after my arrival.

  Did you apply for a degree or phd?

    I applied for Master of Philosophy (Master By Research)

  Mybe the requirements are different laise with TOEFL and get approval from them that the Certificate is valid until NOW
