Dear EMGS Officers,
First of all, let me thank you for your help and I do appreciate it.
Second of all, I want to ask you about my VAL process why it is pending again. My institution has sent you my additional documents as you can see in the attached file, then you requested it again.Third of all, there is a conflict between EMGS mobile application and your website because my VAL is in progress in the app and it is pending on the website.
Every one told me that the VISA process in Malaysia is simple but I figured that it is more complicated and strict than everyone thought.
Finally, please make the process much faster and would you please tell me what is going on with the pending issue.
