I am reaching out to request an expedited renewal of my student visa due to an urgent personal matter. I have already contacted my university to facilitate the process, but I need your assistance in accelerating the renewal.

The urgency of my request stems from the fact that my residence permit in Saudi Arabia will expire in 10 days, and I must return as soon as possible to complete the renewal process. Additionally, I have a critical family situation that requires my immediate presence.

  The passport will be submitted directly to the state Immigration Department in Selangor, not to EMGS. As such, we advise that you contact your institute for assistance regarding your request to expedite the student pass endorsement process.
