Dear EMGS officer 
My name is Zhao Chengkai from China，my passport number is EJ4424722.
I have less than two weeks until my orientation day. but my EMGS progress is still 35%，and it will take me about how long to reach 70%？

  Hi Zhao Chengkai,
  
  Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 17th December 2024. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

  Kindly be informed that your previous eVAL has been canceled by the Immigration. As such, you may proceed to apply for a new application on the EMGS website.
