Dear Mr/Mrs:

My name is ZHU MEIJING, I am a new student of the Universiti Utara Malaysia. My passport number is EK2757717 and my application number is ME#########.

I’m sorry to bother you but it has been a long time since my documents were submitted, the emgs progress is still 35%.My school will start classes on October 14th.l have already bought my flight ticket and I have already paid my tuition fees, but due to the progress of EMGS, I am afraid that I will not be able to enroll smoothly. I hope EMGS can help me urge the Immigration Department to speed up the processing.

Please help me pass my visa as soon as possible.I need it. please please please.

  Hi Zhu Meijing,
  
  Kindly be informed that your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval on 11th October 2023. Be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7 – 10 working days. Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
