My name is Huang Yize and my passport number is EJ2647207. My renewal process has been stuck at 90% for almost 2 months now. I need to go back to my home country because of sick family in the hospital. Could you please help me check the progress and expedite it if possible?

Your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
