Dear EMGS Team，
Hope this e-mail finds you well.This is GAN LEI，my Passport Number is EB5614353，and my Application Number is E#########.
My EMGS Status has been on 35% for more than 7 working days since 02/09/2024.The ststus is really urgent now.
Is there any e-mail address to contact with the Immigration Department for approval purposes？
Would you mind updating my application progress at your earliest concenience？
And if there is any additional information or documents required to expedite my application process ，please feel free to contact me.

  Please be advised that your documents is pending at the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
