@mohammed_393 bro i was asked by the EMGS to provide an offer letter having university registrar details and steal on that. The one i received from IPS USM site doesn’t have such details which I provided to EMGS. So now i need someone to collect in person my offer letter from IPS USM and I then submit to the EMGS to expedite my VAL process

In this case you need to call IPS or see someone in Penang to help you out. I am still in my country, planning to go there in December.
