Dear EMGS Team,
I asked my student visa application why it was stuck at 80%, even though I had completed the files collectively through Universiti Malaya along with other student applications. application number E#########. However, only I am trapped at 80%, while my friends have reached 90%, what’s the problem? thank you

@ghozianauliapradhana The application is pending submission of your original passport for the endorsement of your Student Pass. This process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia. Kindly refer to your institution for further details.

Is your application is with EMGs or with the immigration?
If with EMGs then will submit as soon as possible but when it comes to the immigration then it will take 7 – 10 working days but other students they will get within 7 days. -
Hi Aynuska Tashbaeva,
Please be informed that your documents have been submitted to Immigration for VAL approval.
Kindly take note that the approval process takes approximately 7 working days, however the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi Aynuska,
Your application is currently on hold as the validity of your passport is less than 1 year. Kindly renew your passport or extend the validity and submit a copy of the new passport to us. This will enable us to resume the processing of your application.

your application will most probably resume on Monday because of the two consecutive holidays, they have their National day tomorrow and then the Islamic New Year! so hopefully your progress should start by Monday.
