Good day to you EMGS;
My application status bar for (Visa renewal) has been stopped at 20% and changed to (Yellow) on last Friday. EMGS has been asked me to provide them with an additional document from my faculty as a supporting letter justify that “why this student needs for an extension in her/his visa.” Noted that I’ve joined the first semester in February 2019, and now I’ve finished my third semester, and I’m going to join my last (fourth) semester in October 2020. However, I have took this supporting letter from my faculty to the EMGS. My question is “how many working days will the application status takes and switch back to (green) colour?”

Noted that this is a copy of the issue I have found in my visa renewal application status:

“Supporting letter”

“The student should have already completed his/her studies in (12) months. However, the extension sought is for another(12) months. The institute is required to submit a detailed explanation letter from the dean of the faculty pertaining to this request for an extension together with an academic study plan and completion date.”
