Hi Ayesha,
Kindly confirm if the 6 weeks you mentioned is the time-frame required to cancel the Student Pass, or the time-frame required to complete your application with Sunway. We also seek your assistance to advise if you completed your studies at Swinburne University.

Hi Ayesha,
Kindly note that you are required to check with Sunway University/College for further details on this. In order to remain in the country, you need to be holding a valid pass.
However, if the Immigration Department requests an exit stamp you will be required to exit the country.Have a nice day.

Hello,
I was enrolled in Swinburne Sarawak for this year and hold a malaysian student pass valid till 22 April 2020. I had to withdraw in between semester and fly back home due to some issues. I also sent Swinburne my passport details so they can cancel my student pass.

No you have to cancel your active pass liaise with your previous institution
