Hello,
I am a postgraduate international student under the EMGS300 (CO-PAY 25RM/50RM) insurance plan, which I obtained through the EMGS system. My policy is expiring this July, and I will be renewing my i-Kad soon.Could you please advise when and how I should renew my insurance under the same plan? Also, I would appreciate it if you could send me the official Insurance Cover Note required for the i-Kad renewal process.

Kindly be informed that the institution is required to apply for the ikad renewal application. During applying the application, the institution may select the preferred insurance under EMGS insurance provider for us to process further.
Kindly note, we have received your email regarding the insurance cover note. Kindly allow us time to check, and any update will respond to the email accordingly.

I understand that the i-Kad renewal must be submitted by the institution. However, the insurance cover note is requested in advance to proceed with submitting the renewal application.
As my current plan (EMGS300 – CO-PAY 25RM/50RM) is still valid, I kindly ask that the cover note be provided as soon as possible so I can forward it to the institution.
