Hi Awais Muhammad,
You may apply for a Student Pass. However, you will be required to undergo the post-VAL medical screening after you enter Malaysia. If you are certified to be unfit to study, we will not issue the Student Pass and you will be required to exit the country.

Hi Awais,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly note that applicants are not encouraged to purchase flight tickets prior to the endorsement of the Student Pass.
