      The validity period of EVAL is 6months.

      Hi Ausea,

      The duration approved on the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) stands for the duration approved for the student pass. However, the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is valid for 6 months and the approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.

    Since im from Thailand, may I know what is the procedure to cross the border with eVal to Malaysia?

    Der EMGS, there is no “pre-entry” tab under profile and i cant verify myself due to error “there is no student record”.
    According to new procedure, to fill up pre-entry before arrival, please advice on this

      Hi Ausea,

      Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
