Dear EMGS team,
I arrived on MY with visit pass and my current status for student pass is at 35% (pending visa approval) which will take 7-10 working days. At such, I would like to know if my stay in Malayisa will effect student visa application process? I have been told I need to be out of Malaysia during student visa processing. Kindly advise. View

Kindly be informed that student not allowed to be in Malaysia while the application is in progress with Immigration for the eVAL approval. Kindly note, if Immigration detect the student enter to Malaysia, the application might be rejected by the Immigration.
