Can emgs approved provisional Certificate of Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) with supporting letter. This is also authorized by education board. the original certificate will only be available after the official convocation, scheduled to take place approximately two years from now. if i wait for original certificate i may missed next 2 or 3 intake. Do emgs approved me??
