Hello
I’m writing this to ask if I can apply for a cancellation of my visa before I get my visa for the country I’m flying to in 2 weeks, as the by the time the other visa is out I will have 12-10 days before the flight so I can apply for the cancellation then and will need to push my flight back. Is there anyway I can apply and then provide the visa when it’s out

  P1182026 . I would like to know if the requirements for a visa cancellation includes having the visa for the new country I’m flying to?
