Hello am a existing student I exited malaysia in February now my visa is invalid and my application is a new application since it took more than 6months for renewal. My passport no P06602526 May I know if those who are actually existing students but forced for to do new application can enter to misa?

  Hi Shahd,
  
  International students whose application type is listed as new and are outside Malaysia, are considered as new students. As such, the students are not eligible to enter Malaysia at the present moment as the entry for new international students is on hold until further notice.
