Hi Dieli,
Please note that the Date of Entry on page 7 is not clear. The institute is required to submit a clear passport page with an Official University stamp that bears the signature and name of the authorized signatory. Kindly liaise with your institution to submit the additional documents.

OK, so I need to print another copy of the Page 7 and give to my institutions(international office) so they will stamp and submit it?

It’s depends
Each one in my group has different times. It’s may between 1-14 days or longer
But if after 2 week if still not change u should contact your institution

No need to do anything but to wait, notwithstanding the expiry of the visa.

Your passport is still with the Immigration Department. We understand your concern. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Your institution will be notified once your passport is ready for collection.
