Hello, I have recently graduated from my current institution and awaiting my Completion letter from the University here.

I was planning to apply for Progression visa but with another University for Masters. But, one issue is that my Visa will expire in April 10th.

To get the new offer letter from the chosen University it may take 4 weeks (according to them).

I am planning to travel to Singapore for 2/3 weeks few days before Student Visa expires. But, my country of Origin is not allowed Visa On Arrival.

How do I go about procuring the progression visa and arranging Student Visa from Singapore?

  Hi Arunabh,
  
  Kindly note that once you exit, you will be required to only return after the visa approval letter (VAL) has been issued. You are also required to cancel the student pass prior to exiting the country. Please note that students who cancel their student passes are required to purchase flight tickets to their home countries. Once the VAL has been issued, you can obtain a single entry visa (SEV) from the Malaysian Embassy in your home country.

    Am I not allowed to apply for Progression Visa from another institution?
    Once I get letter of completion from UTM next week. Then will apply to MMU for Masters programme.
    
    I assume I can go ahead and use the offer letter for Progression Visa?
