Hi dear emgs i am student from
Limkokwing university and i will be graduating at june but my visa will be finish at first of july however i would like to register under master degree can I stay in malaysia? And get a
New visa cuz I remember before people had to
Leave the country but now because of corona can we stay here and settled it?

  Hi Armin,
  
  If you are applying to progress from Bachelor’s to Master’s Degree, you can remain in Malaysia during the processing of the application. However, if the Immigration Department requests an exit stamp you will be required to exit Malaysia. Kindly note that you need to hold a valid pass during the processing of your VAL application upon the cancellation of your current Student Pass. Your institution will assist you to apply for the Special Pass. The approval to issue the visa is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
