Dear Officer,
Why is my top up payment not getting any approval? The institution already sent the proof of payment at 7 March and EMGS already acknowledge it at 8 March. But why until right now, the approval still stuck? It’s been already 5 working days. And we need to arrive at UiTM before 20 march.
