Can you tell me about the status of my passpor? I overstayed in malaysia for 2 years. Now i have registered in a college. How will the procedure go? Still its showing 0% at the application status checking link. The immigration rejected the application or what?

I have came in Malaysia through student visa. After 2 years the College Couldn’t provide me the next year visa renewal. The agent also ran away with my money. After that i over stayed here for next 2 years and couldn’t went back to bangladesh. Can i tranfer the College and make a new visa under another institution?
