Thank you for your response. I’ve been trying to shortening my current pass with the immigration so I can proceed to the next step, but they keep asking me to get the VAL approval first then they will shorten my current active pass. I’ll really appreciate if you can assist me with this matter.Thank you

@tinashem by application you mean the current visa pass, or the previous student visa application that was applied to EMGS.

This is crazy , don’t send anything and if they say something just say you will wait for university or take a taxi by yourself
Bro, email your university that you are arriving and they would arrange a representative for you by just taking 100 to 200 RM just.
I am afraid that that agent is trying to befool you because 400 USD is very high amount.
