I want to take a self way to verify my identity, But the camera is just like a mirror which without the circle and button to click, When i put my face into the screen, it has nothing reaction. So now i could not register in this APP，What should I do? View

Maybe you can try to set the location to Malaysia in the Andriod system phone which might be helpful for using the EMGS App.

Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android.
