Once you are able to obtain a flight ticket, kindly request your institution to submit the Special Pass Check Out Memo application in order for us to proceed accordingly.

Hi,
If you wish to exit the country, your institution would have to apply for a Special Pass – Check Out Memo and your institution would have to submit a flight ticket in order for us to proceed accordingly. You can refer to your Embassy to check if there are any available flights.

I am SriLankan Still Dont have flight. but institutions ask me the Flight ticket. Please tell me what can I do

@anonymous_2 If you have completed your studies, you are required to cancel your Student Pass prior to your exit. However, you are required to have a valid confirmed flight ticket to travel to your home country. We advise that you refer to your institution to apply for a Special Pass checkout memo if your flight date is after your Student Pass expiry date.

my passport with them i supmited on 08 octobet / mow 1 month my process stil 90% ..
can you check for me pls i send more email but to one reply !!!
i want to get my passport to go back my country pls-
