the part about cancellation of student visa, i hv been told by UKM that it will take about 3 to 4 weeks. I feel it shall be too late, can it be done faster?

The cancellation of a Student Pass takes approximately 5 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
