Hello EMGS

On Last Thursday, you have confirmed that additional document is received from institution and my application will be sent to Immigration for approval upon checking.

Can you pls confirm when it will be sent for approval or is there any other requirement which is left?

Kindly be informed that your document is ready for submission to Immigration. There are no additional required documents at the moment. Allow us some time to submit them to Immigration. Any updates will be notified accordingly.

I have one question.
If I am in Malaysia on Tourist visa and I receive my eVAL for student pass application, then I know I need to exit the Malaysia, get a single entry visa and then enter again.

Please be informed that as per checked, you are required to obtain SEV to proceed with student pass from New Delhi India. Therefore, you are required to going back to the home country to obtain SEV.

My application is at 32% showing ‘In Progress with EMGS’ and submitting application for approval.
It’s been more than 10 days.

Hello EMGS
Just get to know from the VISA unit at UM that if a student apply for a Dependent Pass, then he/she needs to show and maintain RM 20k (10k for student + 10k for dependent) till the stamp is issued. Is this correct? And how a student earning 1500-2000 per month will manage to show 20k in his savings account? Please clarify.
