@anisa_2 I will go to study in Malaysia as an exchange student for one semester. Maybe, your offer letter and mine might not the same.

@anisa_2 at first, before I applied for VAL, my university sent me the offer letter. Then, I used that one to upload for VAL application. After that, my offer letter was wrong, so my university updated it again and resent my offer letter to EMGs. I think my offer letter is the actual one but i am not sure much.

@anisa_2​ For my case, it took only 1 day.

@anisa_2 And, I didn’t submit the additional documents to EMGs by myself. I emailed my institution to resend my photo and my offer letter to EMGs.

@anisa_2 yes, my VAL application was pending at 15% because my photo size and background color were wrong; moreover, the course name on my offer letter was not the same in my IM14M. It took 20 days from 15% to reach 32%.
