If i dont have ab iqama(the saudi residence) but only a valid visit visa , will the embassy of Malaysia in riyadh, issue the SEV ?
Will i get the SEV without a saudi iqama ?
I m very confused and even after getting my VAL i m in a very uncertain situation. Any information will help.

  Hi Anika,
  
  You are required to obtain the SEV from the Malaysian Embassy in the country that is listed in your VAL. We are unable to confirm if the Malaysian Embassy in Riyadh will approve your SEV application, as the approval is at their discretion.
  
  If you would like to obtain the SEV in a different Country from the one listed in the VAL, you are required to amend the VAL through your institution. We advise that liaise with your institution for further assistance.
