Hi there, I’m not able to click my photo during digital ID verification. I have also tried using different handset, but the problem is same. Please help me out here . I need to get this done quickly or if there is any other way to get the verification and pre entry checklist done.

  We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. You can do this through the application settings in your phone’s application manager.
