You are required to liaise with your institution and request that they submit a request to cancel the application. Kindly note that you can still reapply. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

We understand your predicament. However, the quarantine fees is determined by the Malaysian government. At present, the fees remain the same.

Completely agree, it’s almost 1200$ which is too much to pay. I think they made it costly so that new students don’t demand to travel due to the cost which is the case for me.

Sir, we are foreigners in your country. So it is difficult to submit our complaints to your government. But it is easier and more relevant for EMGS to represent the students and present our problems and possible solutions to the government. Since EMGS deals with foreign students.

Hi, i already got my offer letter from the university and now im waiting for my val progress. Im in 15% and emgs sent me email about ujian nasional result requirement. There are requirements that you need to meet in order to study a particular course. If you did not perform well in the ‘Ujian Nasional’, you may discuss with your institution if they are able to provide us with an explanation letter regarding the matter.

Hi Anggun,
The Student Pass cannot be renewed whilst you are outside Malaysia. You are required to be in Malaysia during the endorsement process.
