Hello Sir/Madam, my Student Pass renewal application is currently at approximately 20%. I sincerely hope that the process may progress to at least 45%, so that I am able to proceed with the application for a Special Pass accordingly.

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of additional document from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS for us to resume the process.
