Hi,
Since he already has a VAL application with USM, he is no longer eligible to renew the Dependent Pass. As such, he is required to liaise with USM for any issues with regard to his application.

Please how many days does ur Val take from 35 t0 75

About two weeks, You can check your status if there is any missing documents if not contact them after a week to see if they make any update.

If you are inside Malaysia. Then you can go to the visa office to submit it. If outside Malaysia may be after you come in you can submit it

Hi there,its basically a field to filled named “your name format in mRZ” . So in order to fill that field you have to confirm your name mentioned in mrz format of your passport.
