Brothers and sisters who went there should have the answer. I did not travel yet

Answer is both yes and no.
If you are enrolled in a private university you are not allowed to exit airport without university representative. Else you may leave that’s also depends on imigration officer. -

EMGS recommend the Institution representative to be present upon the student arrival to pick up their international students at the airport.
