I asked them about this, and here’s what they said (Do note that this is prior mine being approved) “Please be informed that we are unable to update your new flight ticket details since your document is submitted to immigration department.
However once your travel application approved you can travel with the new flight ticket.”

i called up the malaysian embassy at jakarta and this is what they told me
addressed at should be your address in Malaysia, and the representative or kin part should be your university.
