Salam EMGS

I’m Andika, UTM student from indonesia. Currently i’m staying in my country and we knew that malaysia has restricted several countries to enter valid from September 7. If my student visa still got one year before expired, is it possible for me to enter malaysia by obtaining approval from the immigration department? Because i’ve read some statement from this news please correct me if I’m wrong.

PUTRAJAYA: Expatriates and professional visit pass-holders from the 23 countries in the enforced entry ban list drawn up by Malaysia are now allowed to enter the country.
