Have you coordinate between your Uni in the first place? Of course u have then tell EMGS that my school accepts me. Another option is to report the institution to deal with EMGS staff.

Kindly refer to the Institution pertaining to the clarification on the entry requirement. EMGS only able to advice on the acceptance of the documents, once review and verify the documents.

From UM here. I stay around Petaling Jaya. There are hostels and university accommodations in and out of the campus, unfortunately there was no slot for me the last time I messaged them. Maybe you can try messaging them this time if a slot opened for taking.
Cova villa could be a good option if you don’t mind taking the MRT (11 stations)
