Hi,

Kindly be informed that we have submitted your passport to the Immigration Department for the sticker endorsement. We kindly seek your patience in allowing them some time to issue the sticker. Please note that the approval is solely at their discretion. We will notify the institute once the student pass is issued and the passport is ready for collection.

With regards to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide us with the following documents:

i) A copy of the cover letter to expedite the process
ii) The supporting documents pertaining to the urgency
iii) A valid copy of the flight ticket

Once we receive the completed document, we will highlight your application to the relevant department to expedite the process. However, the student pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
