As far I know. Bachelor students from Bangladesh are not allowed to apply for dependent pass for spouse / parents

Students from Bangladesh who are studying undergraduate courses are not eligible to apply for Dependent Passes for their family members.

I only get emgs approval letter not val when I submitted all required documents and after vetted I got this
Plz which one is emgs approval letter, am also new phd student going to utm and am waiting for immigration department for val extension coz mine expired during the pandemic
