Hello,

I have a valid student visa and I am currently outside of Malaysia. I have renewed my passport and my student Visa is on my old passport. Do I need to apply for a new Visa to be stamped on my new passport? Or my visa is still valid and I bring both my passports with me when I travel back to Malaysia .

Please help

  Hi Amjid Sh,
  
  You are required to enter Malaysia using your new passport. EMGS recommends that you bring along your old passport together when you travel to Malaysia. Upon your arrival, you may refer to the Institution and apply for the transfer of endorsement application to change your student pass from your old passport to your new passport.
