Dear Officer,
I have visited this place and explored several universities. The study quality here is excellent, and I am keen on pursuing a master’s degree. Can I secure admission in any university here and obtain visa approval? Or do I need to apply for the visa from my home country?

Hi Aminur Rashid,
Students are required to be outside of Malaysia before submitting their visa applications with the institution.
If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
