Hi Aminath,
Students not from the banned countries may enter Malaysia provided that they adhere to the entry procedures. However, the decision to allow you entry into Malaysia is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Officers at the airport.

Please note that the travel authorization letter has no validity. However, the decision to allow you entry into Malaysia will solely be at the discretion of the Immigration officers at the airport.
