My application of renewal is stuck at 80% since 9th Oct, last year it hardly took 6 days for processing, I planned my trip this year accordingly but unfortunately this time I don’t know what is the delay, I have to reschedule my flight and i am in malysia since 1st Oct but still waiting. I have a family emergency and need to be back asap. I would request emgs to expedite my case so that I can fly back at the earliest. My passport number is AB01
