Hi Amalia,
The application will be processed. However, the application will not be submitted to the Immigration Department as the Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to new international students. The application will be processed up until it reaches 32%.

Thank you for your reply. If, let’s say, the Immigration wouldn’t be issuing VAL until January, would I still be able to join online classes? If so, what are the procedures?

@amalia_2 Yes you can join online classes, subject to your institution’s approval. We will issue you with an EMGS approval letter once your application has been supported. The approval letter can be downloaded via the EMGS application tracker on our website:
