This is crazy , don’t send anything and if they say something just say you will wait for university or take a taxi by yourself

Bro, email your university that you are arriving and they would arrange a representative for you by just taking 100 to 200 RM just.
I am afraid that that agent is trying to befool you because 400 USD is very high amount.
I suggest you to contact with your university asap.

Actually I don’t have the university email address

And besides I don’t find the university name in the VAL

Don’t pay anything… Send an email to your institution, varsity, where you’ll study… They will give you the best assistance you can afford
