The Immigration Department requires all education institutions in Malaysia to sign a personal bond on behalf of the candidate, binding the University for a specified sum. For more info, please check the EMGS website and read carefully. But it is the job of the institution.

The personal bond is used as a guarantee that the student to whom a student pass is issued will comply with the provisions of the Immigration Department. The Institution will submit the personal bond to the EMGS. You may refer to the Institution for further clarification on this issue.

Hello there . The problem with EVAL that it solely immigration determination . and literally nobody knows when they finalize it so be petient plz. they say 7-14 day but it takes more or less than what they officially announced.

Hi Alya,
In the event that your insurance expires earlier than your student pass expiry date, you are required to liaise with your institution for the insurance top-up. The Institution will apply the insurance top up application via EMGS system.
